Young & Blissful Terms of Service
1. Scope of Service and Limitation of Liability
1.1 Nature of Platform
Young & Blissful (“Young & Blissful”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an online marketplace that connects consumers of senior care products and services (“Users”) with independent third‑party providers (“Providers”). The Platform does not itself provide care, medical, therapeutic, or any other professional services and does not employ or supervise Providers in any way.
1.2 No Service Warranties
All listings, information, content, and communication originated by or transmitted through the Platform are provided “as is” and “as available,” without representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or accuracy. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Young & Blissful does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, legality, or timeliness of any services or products offered by Providers;
- Young & Blissful does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any provider information, descriptions, pricing, availability, or other data on the Platform; and
- Users assume full responsibility for all risks arising from the use of Providers, services, and products located through the Platform.
1.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Young & Blissful and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, partners, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Young & Blissful Entities”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or other damages of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, lost revenues, service quality outcomes, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or other pecuniary or non‑pecuniary loss) arising out of or in connection with:
- The use, reliance on, or inability to use the Platform or any content, tools, or listings thereon;
- The actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Provider, User, or third party, wherever occurring;
- Any misrepresentation, inaccuracy, or omission in any Provider listing or User communication; or
- Any delay, denial, cancellation, or change in service, care, or product availability provided by a Provider.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of any Young & Blissful Entity to any User or third party exceed the total amount of fees paid or payable (if any) to Young & Blissful by that User in the six‑month period immediately preceding the alleged claim.
1.4 No Assumption of Caregiver or Fiduciary Role
By using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree that Young & Blissful does not assume any caregiver, fiduciary, or professional responsibility toward any User, senior, family member, caregiver, or Provider. The Platform does not diagnose, treat, or supervise any medical, psychological, or therapeutic condition. Any information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or legal advice.
2. Provider Verification and Disclaimers
2.1 Verification Standards
Young & Blissful employs a multi‑step verification process to confirm certain business and credential information about Providers, including but not limited to:
- Business registration and licensing status;
- Professional liability insurance coverage;
- Professional certifications and training;
- Client references;
- Public complaint and litigation history; and
- Service area competence and online reputation.
However, Users expressly acknowledge that:
- Verification is limited to the information available to Young & Blissful at the time of review and may not be comprehensive, real‑time, or exhaustive;
- Verification is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of Provider quality, competence, reliability, or safety;
- Verification does not constitute professional or medical judgment; and
- Providers remain independent contractors solely responsible for their services, staff, and outcomes.
2.2 No Ongoing Oversight
Young & Blissful does not monitor, supervise, or control how Providers perform services or interact with Users. The Platform does not audit Providers’ internal policies, staffing ratios, compliance with professional standards, or adherence to medical best practices.
2.3 User Duty of Scrutiny
Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify all Provider credentials, insurance, licenses, experience, and references before engaging in any transaction or care arrangement. The Platform does not replace the User’s responsibility to conduct due diligence.
3. User Conduct and Assumption of Risk
3.1 User Representations
By accessing or using the Platform, Users represent and warrant that:
- They are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms;
- They will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or negligent purpose;
- They will not impersonate any person or entity or provide false or misleading information;
- They will not attempt to scrape, reproduce, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written consent; and
- They will not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
3.2 Assumption of Risk
Users expressly assume all risks associated with:
- Communicating and transacting directly with Providers and other third parties;
- Using or receiving any product or service listed on the Platform;
- Relying on Provider‑provided scheduling, pricing, availability, safety information, or other representations; and
- Sharing personal, financial, or medical information with Providers or other Users.
Young & Blissful disclaims any liability for any harm that may arise from such risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional harm, financial loss, data breaches, or deteriorated care outcomes.
4. Parties’ Relationship and Indemnification
4.1 No Agency, Employment, or Joint Venture
These Terms do not create any agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Young & Blissful and any User or Provider. Providers are independent third‑party contractors, and any agreement between a User and a Provider is strictly between them.
4.2 Indemnification by Users
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Young & Blissful Entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions, suits, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Any use of the Platform not in accordance with these Terms or applicable law;
- Any violation of third‑party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights);
- Any misrepresentation, defamatory statement, or false information submitted by the User;
- Any action or inaction by the User in connection with a Provider or third party; or
- Any claim that the User’s content or conduct on the Platform is inaccurate, deceptive, or otherwise improper.
4.3 No Indemnification of Young & Blissful for Provider Conduct
Under no circumstances shall Young & Blissful be required to indemnify a Provider or User for any act, omission, or liability arising from the Provider’s own professional services, care, or business operations.
5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
5.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
5.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the parties irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
5.3 No Class or Representative Actions
To the extent permitted by law, Users waive any right to commence or participate in any class‑action, collective‑action, or representative‑action proceeding against Young & Blissful. All claims shall be brought in individual capacity only.
6. Modifications and Severability
6.1 Right to Amend Terms
Young & Blissful reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the updated version posted on the Platform and the effective date indicated. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforce tasteful or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Users agree that electronic notices (including email) may be used for service of notice under these Terms.
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
By using the Young & Blissful marketplace, Users acknowledge and accept that these liability protections form an essential part of the Platform’s legal framework and that the Platform’s obligations are strictly limited as set forth above.
