Starter is designed for providers who want to start receiving inquiries. It may include a direct inquiry form, phone and email display, additional photos, business hours, service area, up to 2 locations, up to 15 sub-services, and service tags such as in-home, virtual, in-clinic, or hybrid.
Professional is designed for providers who want more trust and stronger visibility. It may include verification review, Google review display, credentials/license display, insurance or direct billing indicators, category-page priority ranking, booking links, lead tracking, and badges where applicable.
Premium is designed for providers who want maximum visibility. It may include homepage featured rotation, top placement in category and location searches, featured badge, video profile, priority lead routing, advanced analytics, promotional banner opportunities, and premium support.
Provider cancellation terms should be shown clearly at checkout and in the provider account area. If monthly billing is active, providers should cancel before renewal to avoid the next billing cycle.
