No, we’re a marketplace that connects you with independent providers. We don’t provide care directly but help you find trusted options quickly.​

Provider Verification & Safety

Yes, every listing undergoes verification including credentials, licensing, insurance, reviews, and safety practices before approval.​
Business registration, liability insurance, service standards, client feedback, and compliance with Ontario health regulations.​
Look for the blue “Verified Provider” badge on listings. Premium listings have additional badges for “Top Rated” or “Fast Response.”​
