Luther Village on the Park a vibrant, welcoming retirement community located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo. Since 1997, our full-service campus has offered a range of lifestyle options to over 450 residents. As a single site provider, we offer boutique services on an impressive 20+ acre campus. Our residents enjoy the convenience of having nearly everything they need onsite from activities to health and wellness services. We are also conveniently located next door to the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex, Waterloo Park and ION Rapid transit and just steps away from restaurants, entertainment, and local retail stores. The Village is a subsidiary of Lutherwood, a progressive, not-for-profit health and social service organization serving our community for 50 years.
